What do you eat? And how do you feed your dogs?

Yesterday I received a compliment. Someone told me I look strong and vibrant at 50, and they asked me what I actually do for my health.
The answer is simple and profound. I changed everything I once considered “normal.” Back in 2012 my daily diet was fast food, candy, soda, no water, no vegetables. What I thought was pleasure was silently damaging my body from the inside, and of course it showed on the outside. I carried extra weight, felt constant discomfort, had no motivation to prepare real food and was stuck in repeating habits that kept me low. What do you eat? And how do you feed your dogs?

Through mindset training and body signal awareness I started to see and sense the benefits of change. Step by step, I shifted. I left behind sugar, additives, toxins, flavor enhancers and all the hidden chemicals. Even as a big meat eater, at some point I simply lost the taste for it.
Today I have been free from alcohol for more than 10 years, and I no longer eat meat.
Instead, I created my own lifestyle with measurable results.
Guilty pleasures lose their grip and detox on auto pilot.
My body became lighter, old pains softened, allergies disappeared, I grew stronger, more flexible, and my energy feels higher than ever before.
And then came the fun question: “What do you feed your dogs?”
The answer makes me smile because it is so simple and so effective: exactly the same principles that nourish me.
When I cook something wholesome and tasty, I prepare extra portions and share it with them. If it fuels my vitality, it fuels theirs. Over time, they developed a love for organic food, fruits and vegetables.
Now they shine with health. They are lean, vibrant, disciplined, deeply connected and above all filled with love. Each has their own bowl, yet in this short video I show how they can even eat in unity.
Because health is never only about food. It is about living in harmony with nature, with ourselves, our friends, our business partners, and those we love.
When we align our lifestyle with respect for nature, we feel more alive, more radiant, and we start attracting people who are also deeply connected to their true essence.
Raising our frequency brings more synchronicity, more flow, and reveals that we are naturally connected in ways our mind cannot even measure.
