Corsair Group recognized at the United Nations and has just released its official Vision 2025 Update. The countdown has officially started. 2025 is ending with the biggest momentum we have ever had.

Corsair Group has been officially recognized at the Climate and Sustainability Capital Forum at the United Nations as a sustainable supplier.
Our work cleaning the world from plastic pollution is now acknowledged at the highest global level.
This is massive credibility and opens doors worldwide. Participating organizations appear in verified databases utilized by buyers, investors, and policymakers, reducing duplication in due diligence processes while strengthening market and investor confidence.

2. Corsair Capital - The Public Investment Opportunity
For the first time in history, a network marketing company is legally allowed to offer shares to the public in the entire European Union.
This opportunity will not replace the plastic removal services.Corsair is legally allowed (for a short time) to raise funds from the retail market
Key facts:
Corsair Capital is a public company seated in the Netherlands and a subsidiary of the Corsair Group.
Approved in all 27 EU countries.
First time ever that the public can become shareholders of the entire Corsair Group
(30+ companies, factories, oil sales, etc.).
Investment window: €100 to €100,000 per person.
Total raise allowed per year: €5 million (once the €5M is reached, the window closes until next year) This is a 4-year program only: 2025, 2026, 2027, 2028 - then permanently closed.
Free shares for top leaders: Starting early 2026, every qualified 3-Star and above will receive free Corsair Capital shares
Shares are expected to grow in value + pay annual dividends.
Future NYSE listing planned. Corsair Capital shareholders will participate in the pre-IPO round.

3. Rebranding of the Network: Goodbye Amplivo, Hello Corsair Connect.
The Amplivo brand (inherited in 2021) is officially retiring.
From now on, the network marketing arm will be called Corsair Connect.
This is ONLY a name change. Nothing else about the business, compensation plan, or operations changes.
One unified, stronger brand moving forward: Corsair Connect.
4. Corsair Pay - We Are Becoming Owners of Our Own Bank
Corsair Group is now a shareholder in an already-operating Canadian digital bank (Electronic Money Institution - EMI). Corsair now co-owns the bank.
The bank is being rebranded to Corsair Pay and will launch right after New Year together with the new back office.

5. CSR25 Allocation Period Ends Forever - Countdown Started!
Last day to generate new CSR25 plastic credits: Friday, 2 January 2026.
After that date, NO new CSR25 will ever be created again.
Total supply becomes fixed forever.
From 3 January 2026 onward, supply can only decrease (through retirements and buybacks).
6. Buyback Program Just Got Even Stronger Current:
10% of all oil sales revenue by Corsair Group International goes into buying back CSR and CSR25 on the open market at any price.
Plastic Waste Gate Fees = Polluters pay us to give us their plastic pollution
Plastic Waste Gate Fees New addition to create more value to the CSR en CSR25:
Starting now, 10% of all gate fees will also go into the buyback program.
What are gate fees?
Governments and waste producers now PAY Corsair (the recycler) huge amounts just to accept plastic waste because of new EU regulations banning export outside Europe.
Current examples:
Croatia: up to €450 per ton
France: moving toward €1,000 per ton
Italy, Netherlands, Finland - same trend
Result: From the same 1 ton of plastic:
We get paid €400 to €1,000 just to take it (gate fee)
We produce ~900 liters of oil and sell it for ~$900
Revenue literally doubled (or more) for the same work.
And now 10% of those gate fees also fuels the CSR & CSR25 buyback.
Limited edition with a constant shrinking supply + constantly growing buyback fund.
This combination (fixed + shrinking supply + unlimited buyback budget) has never existed before in any asset class.
